My point of contact was the way very prompt at returning emails I made the booking process very easy for me. They arrived early for set up and had it ready in no time for the kids to begin to play. I had about 15 little children five and under of my event and it was a godsend to keep them busy l. Do yourself a favor and rent softplay for your next event if you do not want to constantly chase your toddlers and walk them around for the duration of the party. I highly recommend Palace pre-ground soft play services!
